Stores need time to confirm the order wasn’t cancelled or returned before they pay us – and before we can pay you.

Verification takes 30–60 days

Cashback and referral rewards are added to your wallet only after we verify your order with the store. This usually takes 30–60 days. Cancelled or returned orders are not credited. This is a store-side process – we’re not able to speed up an individual order’s confirmation.

Cashback rates

How your cashback % is decided

Every store starts at our default rate. From there, two overrides can apply – so always check the store page for the exact rate before you buy.

Maximum rate – 5%

Applies to any store that doesn’t have a custom rate set.

Per-store rate

Some stores are set to a specific percentage – higher or lower than 5% – or marked “No cashback for this store” and excluded entirely.

Per-country override

The same store can pay differently by country. Example: Amazon India at 3% while Amazon US pays 4% – always shown on the store page for your region.

Exclusions

When cashback won’t apply

🚫 Store opted out

Admins can disable cashback entirely for a specific store. If a store shows no cashback rate, none applies – even if you clicked through Dealzfy.

↩️ Cancelled or returned orders

Orders that are cancelled or returned never move past “clicked” status, so they’re never credited.

🕵️ Blocked or ad-blocked clicks

If tracking is blocked by your browser (ad blockers, incognito with cookies disabled, VPNs that strip referrers), the store may not register the click and can’t confirm the sale.

🧾 Direct or app-based checkout

Orders placed outside the tracked link – e.g. via a store’s own app without going through Dealzfy first – generally can’t be matched back to your account.

Your order is sitting at “clicked,” waiting for the store to confirm the sale with us. This confirmation typically takes 30–60 days, since the store itself needs to rule out cancellations and returns before paying commission.
The most common reasons: the order was cancelled or returned, the store excludes cashback on that category or product, the click wasn’t properly tracked (ad blocker, cleared cookies, or checkout completed outside the tracked link), or the purchase broke the store’s own terms (e.g. using another discount code on top).
Usually 30–60 days from purchase. This window is set by the store’s own return/cancellation policy, not by Dealzfy – we credit your wallet as soon as the store confirms the sale.
Yes – but only after you’ve completed at least one confirmed purchase through a Dealzfy affiliate link. This applies to your entire wallet balance, including the signup bonus and any referral earnings, and exists to prevent bonus farming. See the Wallet & Withdrawal Policy for details.
Referral rewards are paid only when your referred friend completes their first confirmed purchase through a Dealzfy link – not when they simply sign up. In most cases, yes – apply the coupon at checkout as usual, and cashback is still tracked on the confirmed order value. Some stores exclude cashback on orders using specific promo codes; check the store’s page for any noted exceptions.
No. Cashback is store-by-store – most stores on Dealzfy offer it, but some are marked “No cashback for this store” by our team, often because that store’s affiliate terms don’t allow it. The rate (if any) is always shown on the store’s page before you click through.
Terms you should know

Eligibility, fraud & program rules

You must hold one verified Dealzfy account, registered under a single country, to earn or withdraw cashback. Purchases must be made through a live Dealzfy affiliate link, by the account holder themselves.
Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, or fail delivery never progress past “clicked” status and are not credited. If a store notifies us of a return after cashback has already been confirmed, the amount will be deducted from your wallet.
We run automated checks including signup rate limiting, IP-overlap flagging on referrals, duplicate-account detection, and bot/captcha protection on signup. Accounts found gaming the system forfeit pending and confirmed balances and may be suspended.
This includes but isn’t limited to: creating multiple accounts to farm signup bonuses, self-referring, using bots or automated clicking, or placing and immediately cancelling orders to trigger tracking. Any of these can result in forfeited balances and account suspension.
Individual stores can be excluded from cashback at any time, at our discretion or the store’s request – most often due to changes in that store’s own affiliate program terms.
Only one Dealzfy account per person is allowed. We use email, device and IP signals (including Gmail plus/dot alias normalization) to detect duplicates. Duplicate accounts may be merged or suspended, with balances forfeited.
Confirmed cashback can still be reversed if the underlying order is later cancelled, returned, or found to be fraudulent by the store – even after it appears in your wallet balance.
Dealzfy reserves the right to withhold, reject or reverse any cashback, signup bonus or referral reward that we reasonably believe was earned through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.
Accounts suspected of fraud or abuse may be suspended pending review. Suspended accounts cannot accrue new cashback or withdraw existing balances until the review is complete.
Default and per-store cashback rates can change at any time, including for orders already in “clicked” status but not yet confirmed. The rate applied is generally the one active at the time the store confirms the sale. Always check the live rate on the store page before purchasing.
